We’re introducing Password Protection, a new feature designed to help laboratories better manage permissions and protect critical workflows on shared systems. 

In Episode 4, we show how LabSentry AI detects a sustained drop in plunger push speed and how PromoChrom Pilot guides recovery. You can decrease push flow and retry or isolate the channel and continue. Every action is recorded in the Timeline and optional notifications keep your team in the loop. 

In Episode 3, we show what happens when loading finishes before the preset volume due to variability between field samples. LabSentry AI detects the early completion, and PromoChrom Pilot advances the SPE-03 to the next step and logs the event.

You’ll see LabSentry AI detects the incomplete sample loading, while PromoChrom Pilot executes a smooth automatic mitigation with additional strokes until the syringe is fully emptied—allowing the run to continue seamlessly with full traceability.
