In Episode 2, we demonstrate what happens when the preset loading volume finishes but some sample remains. You’ll see LabSentry AI detects the incomplete sample loading, while PromoChrom Pilot executes a smooth automatic mitigation with additional strokes until the syringe is fully emptied—allowing the run to continue seamlessly with full traceability. If preferred, PromoChrom Pilot can be configured to apply mitigations automatically and send notifications via text or email.
