Our return to US on-site support is off to a resounding start! Thanks to the joint efforts by our customer Renee from Valley Water and Support Chemist Jeff, we successfully upgraded their existing SPE-03 system and installed a 2nd unit. It was a highly rewarding experience for Jeff seeing how meticulously their laboratory optimized each step for PFAS extraction and analysis.
On-site collaboration has not only provided good experience for our clients, but also remarkable insights for PromoChrom. We are more than happy to hit the road again!
