Last month, we had the fantastic opportunity to visit the PFAS lab at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environment Testing and meet their dedicated team. At their facility, we witnessed how they have deployed our SPE-03 systems to not only automate their PFAS extractions, but to achieve unparalleled throughput and efficiency in the industry.
Since their initial adoption of our automated SPE systems, we have closely supported their extraction needs through rapid and thorough communication. By meeting in person, we augmented this approach and gained further insights into the intricacies of their operation. Understanding their specific requirements and workflows has enabled us to tailor our support even more effectively.
The Lancaster team's feedback on our Gen 4 system advancements was also invaluable. We were thrilled to hear that the enhancements to the Gen 4 systems over Gen 3 have improved ease-of-use and overall quality of life. Their input drives our commitment to innovation and constant improvement.
