By using positive pressure pumps, purification time is reduced and kept constant compared to gravity loading. Column sizes can also be increased which in turn allows more sample volume to be purified per batch.
The SPE-03 accepts samples up to 1L. Choose from 6 buffers, or customize for up to 9. 2 fractions can be collected by default which is customizable for up to 6.
Access and edit your methods directly from the SPE-03's touch screen interface. There is no need for an external computer. Its robust design even allows operation inside a fridge.
