Introducing Part 5 of our Reliable SPE Automation series. 


The SPE-03 continues to develop through real-world insights from the labs that rely on it. At PromoChrom, customer feedback contributes directly to how the system evolves over time. Through ongoing support conversations and follow-up interactions, we gather real-world insight into practical workflows and the evolving needs of environmental testing. 


These user perspectives help guide refinements that keep the platform aligned practical use cases and emerging applications. Several examples were shaped directly by customer inputs, including:

review recent operational records 


For labs, this approach means a platform that continues to advance with industry needs, supports a broad range of applications and maintains consistent performance across diverse sample types. Improvements that begin with individual user experiences often become enhancements that benefit the entire SPE-03 community.
