Reliable SPE Automation Advances with: Innovation-Driven Rinsing and Shaking

After extraction, droplets left on bottle walls can dilute the elution solvent, lower analyte recovery, and affect consistency across runs. For compounds that tend to stick to surfaces, even a small amount of leftover water can compromise data quality and reliability.

The SPE-03 addresses this challenge with automated rinsing and shaking, designed to remove residual liquid and ensure complete analyte transfer.

MOD-00P configuration performs automated rinsing to recover analytes that adhere to bottle walls, including PFAS, PPCPs, PAHs, and pesticides.

Built on the same rinsing capability, MOD-004 configuration adds shaking to boost recovery. Bottles are inverted and gently shaken so the solvent fully coats the walls and directs droplets toward the inlet.

• In aqueous rinses (EPA 533, 1633), shaking removes residue that can weaken the final elution.

• In organic elution, it ensures complete solvent and analyte transfer.

The upside-down design sets PromoChrom apart:

✔️ no internal sample lines

✔️ simple maintenance

✔️ reduced contamination risk

By perfecting the details others overlook, PromoChrom continues to advance SPE automation with cleaner extracts, stronger recoveries, and results labs can consistently rely on.
