SPE Automation in Action at The City of Phoenix Water Department

Our Technical Sales, Evan Chu recently visited the City of Phoenix Water Department to check in on their automated SPE workflows. The lab has been using PromoChrom’s to automate EPA Methods 533 and 537.1 extractions. They are currently validating EPA Method 525 and looking to expand into EPA 1633 as their testing needs evolve. Evan also met with Chemist Erin Huff to review progress and discuss upcoming PFAS testing goals.
During the visit, the team shared positive feedback from their experience using PromoChrom’s automated SPE system, noting the intuitive operation, consistent recoveries, and the timely support they receive when questions arise. Automation has helped them maintain consistent result, and they are considering further scaling as sample volumes continue to increase.
