Inside DNREC Lab: Protecting Water Quality in a Historic Community

Our Support Chemist Saeid Farzaneh, together with Sandra Parras, EIT, recently completed the onsite installation of four SPE-03 automated extraction systems at Veolia, a global environmental services company recognized for its leadership in water management and its role in supporting safe and sustainable water systems worldwide.

The systems will be used for EPA Method 533 and 537.1 for #PFAS analysis in drinking water, where the Veolia team highlighted that the SPE-03 systems enable higher throughput while maintaining consistent results across runs.

Customer also shared that the team had prior experience with PromoChrom SPE systems and has noted that many laboratories performing PFAS extractions rely on PromoChrom platforms. With a strong presence in PFAS applications, PromoChrom is recognized as a leading and well-established name in SPE automation.

With four SPE-03 systems now operational, the Veolia team is well positioned to support demanding PFAS monitoring for drinking water. Thank you Saeid and Sandra, along with the Veolia lab team, for their support in making this installation successful. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and supporting their ongoing PFAS analysis.
