Every Customer Visit Tells a Story -Orange County Water District

It's about more than just the technology. It's about building lasting partnerships.
Earlier this summer, we had the opportunity to visit the Orange County Water District (OCWD) and reconnect with Jacob and Yvonne. As one of PromoChrom's longstanding customers, OCWD currently uses five SPE-03 automated solid phase extraction systems to support PFAS analysis in drinking water.
Customer visits are always an invaluable opportunity to learn. Seeing our systems in action, understanding our customers' workflows, and hearing their feedback firsthand helps us continue delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of PFAS laboratories.
We were also proud to support the OCWD Children's Water Education Festival, an inspiring initiative that helps educate young students about water quality and environmental stewardship. Thank you to the OCWD team for the warm welcome and for inviting us to volunteer at next year's festival.
