PromoChrom Technologies announces a leadership transition as part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence. 

After years of dedicated service, Ian Wan has stepped down from his role as General Manager. Ian has been a driving force behind PromoChrom’s success, advancing our sample preparation technologies, strengthening operations, and fostering the collaborative culture that defines our team today. His leadership, technical expertise, and dedication have made a lasting impact that will continue to guide us forward. 

While the team will greatly miss Ian’s presence and leadership, PromoChrom is equally excited to welcome Elena Zilberman Sandler, P.Eng., MBA, as the company’s new Business Unit Manager. 

Elena brings over two decades of leadership experience across engineering, operations, and project management within the manufacturing and technology sectors. Throughout her career, she has held senior management roles with a strong focus on developing high-performance teams and achieving measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and profitability. She has successfully led end-to-end operations, driving excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Her people-focused and process-driven leadership strengthens PromoChrom’s mission to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions to laboratories worldwide.
