Automate EPA Method 1621 for AOF Using the SPE-03

As regulatory pressure and demand for total PFAS monitoring grow, many labs are turning to AOF (Adsorbable Organic Fluorine) methods as quick, cost-effective screening approaches. The SPE-03 system helps meet these needs by fully automating AOF on top of EOF and SPE procedures, simplifying sample prep without adding workflow complexity.

Compatible with EPA Method 1621, a simple add-on to the SPE-03 allows GAC columns to be easily mounted directly below sample bottles, minimizing carryover and preventing particulate intrusion. Automated and user-friendly, the system features an intuitive interface where users can access built-in method presets or customize methods as needed. Whether performing AOF analysis through adsorption or targeted PFAS testing, the SPE-03 adapts seamlessly to evolving regulatory requirements and consistently delivers reproducible results through 8-channel parallel operation.
