Online SPE
is
designed for automatic sample enrichment and injection in liquid chromatographic
analysis. It works with any HPLC that has a remote
input.
The system can process up to 10 samples per batch
automatically. The user friendly software simplifies the operation and
integration with HPLC.
The
device comes with two configurations: one for online
SPE and the other for between column derivatization.
Between column derivatization (BCD)
overcomes disadvantages in pre column and post column derivatization. The device
has functions for solvent delivery and sample
introduction. Thus the
LC does not need a sampler and 2nd pump.
LC-05 Plus online injector and
LC-051 online sampler are designed for process
monitoring and optimization in pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
The online injector works with an Agilent 1200 HPLC for online monitoring of
reaction progress. It provides a
more reliable control on the product quality
and helps to improve the production
yields by providing a timely harvest indication.
Online sampler can automatically collect samples from reaction
vessels.
It helps to free up the operators. The computer free design makes it
very convenient to use in a plant or in a space tight laboratory.
