Automation of solid phase extraction for pesticide residue and environmental analysis
Below are 3 types of automatic solid phase extraction instruments
targeting different application fields. SPE-01 is designed for
analysis of pesticide
and drug residues in food samples. SPE-03 is designed for
solid phase extraction of large volume water samples.

Common features Video for SPE-01 Video for SPE-04
1) Full automation
Use methods and sequence to automate all the procedures for the cleanup. A typical method will first condition the column, and then load sample to the column. Several steps of elution using different solvents are followed and target fractions are collected for instrumental determination. The instruments can store up to 3 methods for handling different samples or for cleaning system to avoid cross contamination.
2)
Small footprint
and computer-free operation
The instrument has a small footprint and does not need computer. It helps to save precious laboratory space. When volatile or toxic solvents (such as hexane, acetone, and petroleum ether) are used, the instrument can be conveniently place in a fume hood.
3) Use commonly available SPE columns.
There is no need for special caps or adapters for the columns. Even self packed columns can be used
